        Pretty useless experience. I filed a complaint against WestJet for expiring TravelBank funds due to a misleading cancellation policy of flight during covid. Ultimately, the CTA requested a refund for me, but WestJet declined and then my only option was mediation or arbitration. The agency has no bite even when they know the consumer is correct. A utterly useless process.
