        Can never get customer services. App does not advise you that your request has been accepted. Customer services has to be much much much better.

        Used Tappcar twice in the last two days. App is super easy to use and has all the things I need. Both drivers were friendly with clean cars. Will keep using Tappcar for sure. And I heard they are a Canadian business too.

        I did have some issue with my driver moving in a different direction after the ride was booked, but i knew how they sometime try to scam the business for cancellation charges, i have experienced the same with other ride sharing companies as well. But customer service was able to resolve my issue, processed the refund and got me a new cab as well.

        Hard to attach my payment method to app. After that it was hard to reach customer service. When reached the customer service, the linked the card but didnt got any rides. Booked 3 times and all the 3 times it said, no rides available.
