Feb 2023 My partner and I planned on going on a group trip and my partner had to cancel I dealt with an agent by the name of Kathy who refused to meet with me didnt have much information about my trip still days before and was told everything would be fine when I got to my resort I was roomed with a girl I had never met before with one queen bed and a silhouette shower obviously for my partner and I They had no other accommodation for me so I had to sleep out in the resort property and pay to have my luggage stored wasnt impressed and havent been reimbursed
