Unprofessional and slow staff. 1) Did not fill in the information that I shared. So why did they even ask me the questions if they weren't going to fill them in correctly? 2) They said that they do not hold a driver's license, so they asked me about basic license information. CAA provides many services, including support for drivers. Why even hire someone who doesn't even have a license to support drivers? This simply did not make sense and made me question their competence in providing service here. 3) While putting my information on their system, they said, "I forgot to bring my glasses". If you can't see, why are you even there? How can I trust that you are putting the correct information on the system?
