I havent actually booked with Charleswood Travel yet because we are travelling Feb/Mar 2024. They were so responsive with explaining their services and I cant wait to book with them soon!

As restrictions lessened this year, our family decided to go on a vacation, with 8 adults and 6 children of varying ages we had many requirements. Michelle was fantastic in finding us appropriate location, resort, and flights for our trip. Will absolutely be booking through Charleswood Travel again!

I had the pleasure of working closely with Michelle on two family trips to Mexico. Our group consisted of 14 passengers, and Michelle worked extremely hard on ensuring the perfect two bedroom family suites were secured at the two properties that we booked. Everything went as planned this year and we are anxiously awaiting our 2023 winter escape. Michelle is a pleasure to work with - very professional and caring. I look forward to booking many more family vacations with her.

Very helpful. Knowledgeable about covid travel policies. My husband and daughter were stuck in England because of covid and the agent helped me get them back home by rearranging flights
