The owner, Joe, is well, WELL past where he should be running this business, let alone interacting with customers. I had an antique rocking chair repaired and recovered there last year--it took over 10 months for it to get done, despite calling several times to check-up/remind him of the job, only to be told the fabric I had chosen had not come in yet. I thought, ok, fine, COVID is messing up things everywhere, until I finally just went down there to see about the chair. I found it, piled in with all the 'unclaimed' furniture, having been done for months, but no one had called me. The repair job to the seat of it was well done, but the fabric that was used in recovering was not anything NEAR what I had selected months prior. I had chosen a white, paisley pattern--what I got was dark blue velvet. I mean, it's nice, but...really? No explanation apart from "Joe gets confused sometimes." Oy. Sweet old man, disaster of a manager.
