Very friendly, helpful team all around, from sales & service, to finance. I bought a beautiful SUV from them this week and im very pleased. There was a small concern with my car but they corrected the minor issue immediately and explained everything clearly. Bought a car from this dealership and later returned for services on the vehicle. They said they would contact me when the parts arrived and it has been over 9 months. I have called them numerous times and they say its still coming. Poor service. Would not recommend.

insanely shady dealership. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. white 06 4runner was posted for $6500 throwing codes with 3 lights on the dash, dealer than reposted the ad 2 days later for $14k with no mention of the lights on the dash or the repairs made to increase the price. i asked about it and they blocked me and hung up the phone.

This is my second time dealing with Mcwilliam auto these guys are professional and can almost guarantee you will get approved i have been dealing with Ore, he has been nothing but amazing very helpful and respectful, and of course big shout out to Tiffany who is the mastermind behind these guys success and of course getting us approved even with a low credit score. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

We bought a Nissan Murano in February. Brought it home and wanted to plug it in and discovered there was no block heater. There were a few things that needed repair and they were added to the bill of sale and they did the needed repairs like the air, sunroof wasnt closing, back windshield wiper didnt work. They also added a block heater after I contacted Ore, he was very pleasant to work with. Since driving the vehicle we have found a few more things that we will need to repair like the cruise control kicks out when we hit a bump, and the back latch doesnt lock. On the way home from getting the air and block heater added and repaired the Murano broke down 12 miles from home and it costed us a tow to the repair shop and $816 in repairs. I gave a two star review because Ore our salesman was very nice otherwise I would have given a one star. It is now September and we continue to have problems. Also after someone dented my door in a hit and run, I made an MPI claim. At the Autobody business I was asked about an older open claim. It was from 2020 and before bought the vehicle. Turns out it had been stolen off of their lot and recovered after three weeks. I wasnt told about this when I purchased it and frankly wouldnt have gone through with the sale but technically they are not required to disclose this information. I have changed my stars to a 1. 0 isnt an option. Added info one year after the vehicle purchase. We have had to spend $1700.00 in more repairs. Both control arms, wheel bearings, axle seals.
