The team at Match Auto Market are fantastic. Mitch, Nick, and Ryan were all great to work with and took the time to listen to all the questions I had when finding a vehicle that was suited to my specific needs. They were patient and never pushy or sales-y. They have a great selection of vehicles and truly care about finding the right "Match" for you-- I happened to be in the store to see a family who had just arrived to Canada purchase their first car. Seeing how thrilled and at ease this family was after making their purchase was pretty heart-warming and it was super nice to see a local business take the time and effort to give these newcomers a good experience. The vehicles at Match Auto Market are fairly priced and the customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks for the new whip!

Nick was a great salesmans and always helped as much as possible. This place is very relaxed and doesnt pressure you to buy something the same day as other dealers do. However I bought my car in October of 2022 and was told my cruise control would be fixed later that week of picking it up. It is now almost May 2023 and they are still waiting on the part. My engine light kept coming on and they fixed it but driving home (40 minutes away) it would come back on. This happened more times I can count. My door actuators were broken and I had to tear apart my doors 3 times before they could fix it, only for them to break the part 2 times before actually fixing it and making a bandaid fix in the meantime. I also brought my car in to FINALLY get the doors fixed, they lent me a car for the day only for it to die on me. So many other things have gone wrong that they dont ACTUALLY fix but only bandaid fixes Until the part comes in I am fed up with these Mechanics and having to chase them down to get an answer or to get something fixed. Again! Nick was amazing but be prepared to fix your own car if you want anything done when you need it and the mechanics wont.
