Joel Roa, our product advisor, made our purchase experience easy and fun, as did Cristina Gregory, the financial manager. Their policy of best proving made us comfortable and at ease with the purchase without the hassle and doubt involved with haggling. One purchase price - done! Easy. Communication was exemplary. Wed highly recommend Joel for an easy going car buying experience.

Adheesh did a great job walking me through the process of upgrading my Rogue and helped me find a car that suited my needs. Both Christina and Adheesh were very friendly and knowledgeable. Christina was able to break down the costs of the new vehicle and show me exactly what my payments would be without any hidden fees. Adheesh helped determine what I wanted in my new vehicle, in comparison to my old one. He also took the time to go over the many features in my new vehicle. I want to thank the staff at Crown Nissan for making the process of trading in my vehicle a stress-free and enjoyable one.

I recently had an experience with Crown Nissan regarding the diagnosis of my 2014 Nissan Sentra, and I wanted to share my thoughts. During my visit, I specifically pointed out some inspection points that needed attention to speed up the diagnosis process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive a report that merely reiterated the issue I had already mentioned about the brake sensor, which had been confirmed to be malfunctioning. What bothered me even more was that my request for a throttle body relearn, which I had emphasized, was not taken seriously. To add insult to injury, I was asked to pay an extra fee for this service. This is in contrast to my previous experiences with the service manager, who would perform a throttle body relearn as part of the diagnostic process since the car was already connected to a computer. As a result, I ended up paying $202.95 without any resolution or improvement to the issue at hand. To my surprise, I was additionally asked to pay an extra 200 C$ to relearn the throttle body, which I expected to be included. Overall, I am disappointed with my recent experience at Crown Nissan.
