Bought my audi from them, hid an 02 sensor light from me , told me theyd get me a new part for the car but never followed up, never did the oil change or even fix the hood which we had a written agreement on. Had to fix my car on my own,Don't go here.

Look up their old shop to get all the bad reviews they receive. Would never recommend these shady people to deal with. First of all the owners name is Dragon... should have run for the hills then. Bought a truck off of them 3 years ago, upon taking it home we realized the headlights had no bulbs in them. I called to have them put bulbs in and they said that couldn't happen. Well it did. They refused to give me new ones so I had to go purchase them myself. 2nd strike, Within a week my truck just stops and stalls on the highway mid drive. Couldn't get it to work for 20mins straight and finally got it running again. Drove it home and asked my boyfriend at the time to look at it. He went to put it in reverse and the truck wouldn't reverse at all. Called because we thought the transmission went. Dragon didn't want to deal with it until I threatened to take him to court. Then all of a sudden he'd fix it but I'd have to pay for the part to have it fixed. I just wanted it done because I needed a working truck so I paid him to fix it. Well, I was without a vehicle for a week and I called a few times to get an update on when it would be ready and they ignored my calls every time. Finally I called a week and a half later and they told me it had been ready for 3 days. WELL THANKS FOR THE HEADSUP A-HOLES! 3rd strike, another 3 months later and my Rad cracks. Great! I didn't even bother going back to them at this point because a rad is something you can't exactly forsee happening. Fixed it and went on my way. 4th strike, yup... theres more! another 3 months later and my fuel pump goes. This was my most expensive cost. It was a $1200 fix and I really had no choice but to have it towed to a shop and pay for mechanics to get it done. I was an hour away from home at the time. All in all in the first year of owning the truck, I paid more then 2k in repairs which I really would have no issues if they would just own up to being a shady dealership. Or own up to selling vehicles with false safeties (my truck shouldn't have passed without headlight bulbs). I've clearly had more issues since, starter went, my 4x4 isn't working anymore, my door locks and command start no longer work. Oh and I found out the hard way that the key I was given with my truck does not work to unlock the door manually. Seriously, just steer clear of these crooks. They really don't care about anyone at all.
