Second time and not impressed by staff or service. Went in for an oil change, job was incomplete. Tires were not rotated, fluids not topped up and brakes not measured properly. Super disappointed with the staff and how I was treated, even the manager has yet to respond. Will never recommend this place, they take your money and dont do the service? Beware!!! Emailed Cameron as per his comment and never heard back!!

Services and mostly the staff is the reason why i always go back at ford for service, if its time for a new ride, will definitely go for another Ford.. keep up the good work... God bless

I am standing at Ford Capital Motors. One service advisor called in if he can help anyone, then when I walk up, he remembers he is a Lincoln advisor and apologies. While waiting again, I cant help notice a senior service advisor socialising and talking about random stuff. Then another service advisor gets free and just ushers random people to him without seeing I am waiting before them. Nothing against the dealership or people and I understand construction is happening so there is a makeshift setup. I would recommend making queues in the morning when everyone is here for a quick drop off before going back to work and keep interactions short. Ajas was kind enough to engage me and get my appointment sorted !
