I wish I could give 10 Stars.The treatment that I received from the staff at Cornell's, regarding my product, was exceptional and in my mind went above and beyond. The effort that they put in to try and solve the problem with my robotic vacuum was more than I would have put in if I was on the other side of the counter. All of the communications that I had with the different staff were pleasant, informative and showed a degree of product knowledge/experience that was reassuring. I strongly recommend bringing any of your vacuum/appliance needs to the folks at either location.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I have never had such service ever. Three weeks ago we were looking for a lighter vacumm for our elderly aunt. We went to Morrell's on Portage Ave. The sales person told us he was receiving a new shipment of Sebo vacumms. They were supposed to be lighter and smaller. The salesperson called twice to let me know that they were in. Today, September 15,2022 we went to the store at 10:10 as it was posted they opened at 10. No lights were on so I called the store. The person that answered was so unprofessional. He stated that he just got there. He came to the front door, turned on the OPEN sign, opened the other door and shouted that we had better be there to buy a vacumm and with an unlit cigarette in hand proceeded to the back of the store. I told him he was disrespectful not only to me but my elderly aunt. Not only did he lose the sale of a vacumm but you know how bad service travels.
