        Over charged me for 100 mileages and insurance and taxes. When I asked to change the contract he doesn't want to change it. Prepare contracts with mistakes and made customers sign it like frauds. Never answers their business phone. Very rude and no respect for people. Made me go there five times still didn't solve my over charge issue.

        Terrible Service!!!.... Disgusting!. I wish there is a rating less than 1 or even zero rating, this is what this place and their representative deserve. Never seen a worse U-Haul place. Very unwelcoming and snobbish. I also wished I had read the reviews here before going to this awful U-Haul dealership resident on Blue Water Carwash at 1761 Pembina Hwy, I wouldn't have. Please beware of this place. The manager is subtle and will charge you for what you did not sign up for. Very fraudulent. I didn't sign up for any coverage and he charged my credit card for $15 extra for something he did not discuss with me. When I went back to get my money back, he said it cannot be reversed and that I should remind him when next I come (as if I use U-Haul every day). Arrant nonsense. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service ethics. Treats you with disdain and with a very unpleasant attitude. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go to this place unless they change this manager named Saad. He even calls himself "the boss" ha ha ... I wouldn't know why you will remove money from someone's card without their consent. THIS IS FRAUD! ... Please BEWARE!!!.. I just have to live with the reality of loosing money now. Never knew people like this still exist in this place. Very sad when people have intent to always cheat others... very very sad. I will never set my foot here again. Crook and rude management.
