Lost $10 to one of the vending machines at the local Health centre.Machine jammed no product received.Called Quality the next day, was asked a few questions and promptly received my refund.The woman that I spoke with was professional,personable and efficient. Pleasantly surprised.Customer service is alive and well

We recently switched coffee providers at my workplace. Quality vending and their representative; David, brewed up several types of coffee to sample. During the sampling I asked David for a particular product and David set me up with my item, no questions asked! Very professional, friendly and I greatly appreciate the effort he took to help me out. Going forward, I will purchase my tea direct from the company!

I specifically loved the customer service of the company. I order tea and coffee for my office from Quality Vending. The people are so nice and friendly and have knowledge of the products they are selling. Also I wanted to mention about a rep who i speak mostly every time I call, her name is Mallory, she is very sweet and polite. She gives detailed information about the products and services provided. Love the tea and coffee. Keep it up!
