Took my dog in and they changed the quote of the price for her surgery so I said I didnt want to go through with it if they were not honouring quoted discount prices I was told it was too late at this point and my dog was already in and I would be taken to a collection agency for the fees. Wont go back to this place. I got upset at being threatened with collection agency after they increased the prices for what I was originally quoted. This is the reason people dont trust vets. Manager very rude and un professional.

Sage Creek Animal Hospital got our dog in with very little notice so that she could be seen before the long weekend. The clinic was in a good location, and the waiting room was comfortable and well-appointed. Despite booking with very little notice, we were taken to the examination room as soon as we got there! The staff were professional, and the vet had very good bedside manner. He made our dog comfortable before trying to do anything invasive. He also took the time to do a thorough examination and testing before moving on to a fulsome discussion of treatment options. He provided a fee estimate and itemized list of the services he was suggesting before proceeding so that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about our dogs treatment. He also checked our dog over himself instead of making assumptions based on what I told him, and he ensured that her overall health needs were being adequately addressed (versus just forcing on the problem we came in for). I took her in for an ear infection, but he had a look at her teeth, checked her heart, and inquired about whether she is taking heartworm prevention medication. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I was grateful to be able to head to the lake for the weekend without the need to be concerned about our dogs health. The clinic also phoned to follow up to see how our dog was doing the next day, which made me feel like they really cared about our dog and her health.
