I called to ask a question and the person that answered was so rude and then when I said thank you they just hung up on me. Never want to deal with them again.

I love close by the Taylor Ave location, and the store is always stocked, and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly.

First Ill start off by saying, I have gone to this location many many times before, and the staff have always been great, but this last time was something else. Firstly, there was a female worker sitting on the floor by the till giggling with another younger woman, and a younger guy behind the counter who was so rude, you would think that I had ruined his day by even walking into the store. I asked a couple questions about inventory, and at one point was asked, do I see it on the wall? Then no. I had then asked about a couple different games, and was greeted with a sigh. Another customer that was in the store asked that same gentleman if there were any PS5s in stock, and was told, well if just heard me on the phone two seconds ago, you would have heard we dont have any, but will be receiving stock randomly. I left without making a purchase, and probably wont get back to this location ever again. I get people have bad days, but this was next level.
