In December of 2022 the end date of my Work Permit was growing closer and closer by the day. After I was incorrectly assigned only a 10 month Permit and falsely advised that I was able to re-apply for the same permit (which I found out the hard/expensive way that this is not possible), I contacted Jatinder of Verge Immigration and requested a consultation. Within 24 hours, I was speaking face to face with Jatinder. Who, after looking into my case, was confident that he would be able to assist. And assist he did! Using his knowledge of the Canadian Immigration System he was able to maintain my status and keep me working by requesting an extension of my work permit. 5 Months on, Jatinder called me with excellent news that my work permit extension request had been accepted which allows me to remain working until early 2024 and keeps my MPNP application active. I am leaving this review for anyone like me who can be indecisive and scrutinizes thoroughly before making a decision. I spoke with more than 6 consultants including a couple lawyers, both in B.C. and Manitoba before I chose to go with Jatinder. And am I glad I made that decision. I applied for a spousal PR (not a simple case) with Jatinder, and is still waiting on the decision for that file. While applying for our PR, Jatinder saw our situation and offered to apply for a visitor visa for my wife while awaiting her final decision. He worked on the file after gathering all the information from us and we got the visitor visa approved on the 18th. Jatinder is a true professional who is compassionate and is very knowledgeable in what he does. His confidence gave us confidence in the file and the application.
