Thanks to Dr Shaker... She is so kind and listens to my concerns. The receptionist in the front are helpful as well.. I will always come back to this clinic.

Dr. Shaker is a kind person and very nice. The front end staff on the other hand are really disorganized. On many occasions I have come in as a walk-in and have had to wait to see her for many hours. Even when the front end staff have called and told me to come in and Ill only have to wait 30mins to see her. I have left because the wait time is incredibly long. I would not recommend this place if you are walking in as you will spend your whole day waiting.

The staff at the front wanted me to explain my medical issues in front of a room of people when i only feel comfortable discussing it with an an actual medical professional (e.g. a doctor). No other clinic has done this. I'll be complaining to the board.
