Today I had the worst experience with the receptionist at oya. As soon as I walked in, she demanded that I wear mask(I apologised and requested for a spare mask) she got upset and said I'll give it to you this time, but next time I should bring my own. I said you should tell people about the policy when we make an appointment. She went on about it so rude and I just sat there listening. Right next to her, the pharmacist is without any mask. Later a guy walked in a without a mask and she said nothing. Shame on her for having double standards (she won't say anything if you spoke her language) and discriminating people. This dude spoke her language and waved at her. She waved back and had zero issues with him walking mask less. I have read other reviews complaining about this woman and looks like she care less about what anyone has to say. She has zero empathy and is sooo bitter. I won't be returning to this clinic and it's sad because I love the service provided by my family doctor. Later I went to get my lab work done at Dyna, they respect people's wish to wear a mask or not. No drama.

Less waiting time, amazing customer service and friendly staff! We were helped by Dr. Abhisheva. She was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend going there for treatment.

This clinic has got best doctors in city, staff is very nice, clinic is clean, keep in mind, every clinic has rules to follow and some people don't want to, so they feel annoyed
