St Vital Family Medical

Posted: 1yr ago The worst medical clinic ever. I booked an appointment for my daughter yesterday, specifically for 8am this morning. No issues making an appointment on phone. Fast forward today, i come in and being told that my daughters file isnt existing anymore and how her doctor isnt with that clinic. There was NO notice about my daughters doctors leave. When i asked why my daughter isnt in the system, the not smart front desk lady told me how calls are transferred to other facilities through their number????? how is that possible when i specifically called that clinic and i was told it was booked no problem to less than 24hrs later and shes not in the system????? (My daughter has been a client in this clinic for 2yrs) The not smart front desk lady told me where the doctor is located, went there being told hes NOT a doctor at that clinic. My daughters medical file is now somewhere im unsure of, the doctor apparently isnt existing, what else can i do at this point? St. VItal Family Medical Clinic is a complete joke and dont know anything going on. I wasted my time trying to get help for my daughter that lead me to nothing and missing time out of work. Get your head together, so unacceptable. I will be taking my daughter to a better clinic where i dont run into complete nonsense by this staff. Never go to this clinic!

Dr Crook is a great doctor but the staff is unfortunately not so great. No sympathy or compassion in their voice, bad customer service and absolutely no care for the patients. I hope they can improve on this in the near future.

Dr. Crook is HANDS DOWN the best family doctor you will ever find. He truly takes the time to figure out what ails you. I have followed him when he changed clinics and followed him back to this clinic. He's literally save my life!

My kids and I have been seeing Dr Crook for 3 years now and we love him. He takes his time, listens to all concerns and really cares. He's the first doctor I've had who has ever been this helpful, especially with my mental health

Dr Kurtis is amazing. We've seen him twice and he's always so patient and kind with my daughter and takes the time to ensure he gets an understanding of what's going on. Really like him and the staff
