Here at Selkirk Animal Hospital we have been using Waste Connections for more then five years. The service has been great, especially working with Brittany. She is always helpful and can answer any questions we have. Brittany helped us solve an issue with unauthorized access to our bin. using their service for 10 years already, T. Y. Auto. please make sure you ask everything in writing, that is their front desk asked me. learned it in a very hard way, moved my shop two and half months ago, but the garbage bin is still seating at my previous location. have tried so many phone calls and so many emails. feels like no one cares about it, except my previous landlord. We needed a lock for our bin and our contract updated. Brittany Medeiros did a wonderful job for us, and even dropped off the lock and key herself. Excellent customer service!

Great customer service! We had trouble getting into our account and had to spend 2 days trying to get things unlocked. Brittany M. took so much of her time trying and was so helpful getting our account access back.
