Jamie at Madelines Weddings and Events was our month of coordinator for our recent wedding in Kenora, Ontario. From the very first phone call with Jamie we knew it was a good fit and that she would be a great asset to have, especially with planning an out of province wedding. She was friendly, prompt to reply to emails and was very professional and organized. She and her partner kept the wedding day running smooth and never made us feel stressed about anything! She rolled with the last minute weather changes and helped make our wedding day perfect! Jamies experience and expertise were awesome and we loved working with her. Thank you again!

On June 23rd when the new restrictions were announced, we knew that we couldnt pass up more than doubling our guest list. To say that I was stressed about re-planning almost our entire day was an understatement, but Jamie was such a great help! She also made sure to check in that we werent being pushed to make all of these changes by others, and that we were making the choices that we wanted, not what others were looking for us to do. We ended up needing to change venues and dcor a few times throughout our planning process, and she was super accommodating to our ever-changing needs. The day itself was beautiful, so much care and detail went into our ceremony setup and making sure that everything went off without a hitch!

We reached out to Madeline's Wedding & Events just as the pandemic started, knowing we would need all the help we can get navigating and planning during a pandemic. From the very first phone call with Jamie we knew it was a good fit. She was so friendly, and patient when we had many questions as we continued to work with her, Jamie was so quick to reply with phone calls or emails. She is super organized. We felt at ease knowing we were working with someone with many years of experience. During our wedding we received many comments from our wedding party and family with how kind and helpful Jamie was. We all really appreciated her advice, and experience navigating a stressful day and time leading up to it. Jamie was on top of all the latest restrictions which helped us a lot with planning. She had great connections and recommended other wonderful venues we got to work with. We were so thrilled to rent their beautiful decor items as it pulled the look we were going for together. If you are looking to work with people who genuinely care about you and your partner beyond just the wedding then I definitely recommend working with Madeline's Wedding & Events.

Jamie and her team are everything you would want for the day of or month of coordination. Thank you so much everything. Honestly without you guys; the wedding day would have been chaos. You guys allowed me to have a stress free day and get ready without having to worry about anything. Yes there were hiccups that were unforeseen, however we were able to deal with them together and without any trouble. You guys made our day the best day we couldve asked for and without you guys it would not have been as enjoyable!! Thank you for allowing us to just have a day for ourselves.
