Love this place! Coach Lara is an amazing Coach and friend,she taught me so much about my form and how to properly do exercises and eat right. She is very attentive and her meal plans are amazing! I say my results immediately so impressed! I highly recommend Ewyn studio. It should be Everyone's first and last bus stop.Thank you Ewyn studio for giving me back my courage

In the past I have done everything under the moon to loss weight. I have done every pill possible that you can think off and I have done different types of diets like ideal protein, weight watchers, keto and many others but always grained my weight back. Nothing has helped me loss weight. I decided I was never going to go on a diet again. I had a good scare with my health last year and I decided to change my life style but I knew I couldn't do it by myself so I decided to reach and I found Lara she has helped me challenge myself and to wake up and see how my emotions and everything work with my body. I loved working with Lara I find she full of energy and excitement my own cheerleader. She challenges you and makes you dig deep down low but she's with you on every step of your journey, your never alone.

She's Extremely knowledgeable, Kind, Caring & Empathetic! Lara won't just guide you...She'll provide constant support & encouragement at all times. Good & Bad, no matter how long it takes you to reach your Goal! She never pushes you or deceive you... She'll never give up on you...Instead she'll gently nudge you to just keep moving 1 step forward & it works! EWYN is a Healthy Unique & Individual Program for ALL Types...Meat Lovers, Vegetarians & even Vegans! How AWESOME is that! I'm 63 yrs. young & when I started with EWYN in September 2019 I was 194.3lbs! Lethargic Miserable & Not Healthy.
