Moonstone Holistics

I visit Moonstone Holistics to attend personal reiki sessions and events as part of my self care routine. Lisa holds a space that feels safe, comfortable, welcoming and simply beautiful. In this space I can relax, breathe and let the reiki healing energy flow where my body needs it. I release what is no longer serving me, making space to heal, connect and be open to receive. My sleep is more restful, my emotions more balanced and my body free from minor discomforts. I am grateful to have found moonstone Holistics

This was my first Reiki session, I am very happy I was guided to Lisa for this healing. As soon as I walked into her space I felt comfortable and calm. Lisas energy is kind & welcoming. After my appointment, she provided me with a list of affirmations and tips on how to unblock a few of my chakras. Its now been a few weeks since my healing & I am seeing a few scenarios we spoke of in a new light and Ive been able to release a lot of emotions. I would definitely recommend Lisa for your healing journey.

This space is absolutely gorgeous- both physically and energetically, I feel deeply at ease whenever I walk through those doors. The owner Lisa is also such a beauty. She has the biggest heart and is deeply embodied in that which she teaches which I feel is so important in this line of work. I cannot say enough good things about her and this space, do yourself a favour and go check it out! :)

Lisa has been an amazing support system through a difficult journey. I would strongly recommend going to see her! She is amazing at what she does and she's created a space that is beautiful and feels so welcoming! I look forward to seeing her again soon!

I went to a yoga class in the evening by Julie and WOW was it such an amazing experience. I also participated in one of the workshops held in this space as well and have always had an amazing experience
