The Practice

I have been attending monthly appointments at the Practice with Hannah-Massage, Colleen-Acupuncture and Dr. Bell-Naturopath (on occasion) for the past year and even since the pandemic began in 2020 when they were at another clinic. Megan is wonderful at the front with scheduling too! Their level of patient care/well-being and personability is fantastic; I would not go anywhere else for my health & wellness needs! Plus the Practice is located only 10 minutes from my house :)

Ive had a really positive experience going here! I really love all of the people ( that Ive met) and love working on myself and my health at the Practice. Megan is the nicest front desk person and always eases my anxiety walking into an unfamiliar ( now familiar) place. Make sure to check out Virginia for massage and and Colleen for acupuncture!

The practice is by far the most amazing natural/traditional therapy clinic I have ever been to. As soon as you walk through the front door the receptionist Megan is exceptional. Ive been seeing Colleen(acupuncture) and Dr.Bell(naturopathic doctor) and have never meet people who listen and communicate so well to what youre telling them. The practice really cares about your goals and your health!

I have seen Hannah (massage), Colleen (acupuncture) and Dr. Bell (naturopathic medicine) for my overall health and well-being for over a year now. I cannot say enough positive things about all the staff at The Practice, especially the always cheerful Megan at the front desk! I always feel my concerns have been addressed by each of the practitioners I see and I discover more about my health with each visit! Highly recommend!!
