Great place. The folks are terrific. Barry managed to squeeze me in to repair 2 tires that had screws in them. Traits were done quickly and really well. I recommend this location and the staff. They are friendly, courteous and very competent.

I had taken my Venza to this location 3 times with a knocking noise, they finally said it was the rear sway bar links and it needed a link kit to fix the problem, which would cost $363.00. I approved the work, it was done. They call and said it's fixed and the noise is gone. I didn't get 2 blocks away and I could hear it again. They replace something that do not need replacing and it cost me $363.00 I then took my car to a local mechanic, it didn't take him 3 attempts, he found the problem right away. It was rubber bushing, (in the front not the back) which cost about $15.00. Kal tire was also supposed to get back to me on two different occasions in reference to the availability of rear struts, never heard back from them. I have a family of five and we all have vehicles, of which I own 4 of them, none of these vehicles will see the inside or a Kal tire shop...except to fix a constant problem I have with a tire that keeps leaking, which they put on brand new. I could keep going, but I have to go to work. Here's another one. My daughter had purchased winter tires and had them installed on steel wheels at the Portage Avenue location. Part of the purchase agreement was that they would change the summer wheels and tires to the winter wheels and tires and vice versa, keep in mind both sets of tires are on wheels. This they did I believe only one time, maybe twice. The next time she went to get her tires swapped around she was presented with a bill for swapping the wheels around. After some complaining they agreed to do it again but said that it would be the last time. So that is a blatant disregard for the contract / purchase agreement that she signed . A big part of the reason she purchased the tires there was because she could get them changed over each season. Needless to say she has never gone back and never will. And here's another great one they require that you make an appointment to get a flat fixed and can't do it for a least a week. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

Absolutely wonderful and efficient staff! I bought my winter tires here and just had my summer ones put on the other day. I asked them to tuck in my block heater plug and they did. I had thumb surgery so it was very much appreciated. Such a great place to and great staff!

Slow leaking tire. Dropped it off and 40 minutes later it was done. Free because I bought them there. Friendly, efficient, and professional, what else is there to say?
