They took care of my wife and I to get tires put on. This year too

Long story short. My wheel almost fell off after a changeovercould have been disastrous if I were on the highway! No apologies. Lost a locking wheel but. After 5 months of me following up, no call backs from KalTire, finally got replacement locking wheel nuts. Not once was I offered an apology and after 3 calls over 5 months where I was promised a call back, my husband finally had to go in on my behalf to get it done! Used to be a big fan, but this was a terrible experience.

I've been to Kal Tire numerous times over the past few year for my seasonal tire change. In the past it was great. The staff took their time, went over the paperwork and told me when to come back for recalibration. Most recent visit was not great and maybe it's because they were quite busy but If I am paying $70, I expect decent service. When I got my car back and was driving away, my tires were making a funny noise so I had to drive back to Kal Tire and let them know. The mechanic was able to fix it but I think the problem happened because they were all working at such a rushed pace. I don't think I will be returning unfortunately.

Just had my tire change over and it was so fast!. They are super knowledgeable and have great customer service. They gave me an honest review of my tires..didn't try to up sell me on getting new ones. I definitely recommend going here for anything tires!
