We did a major renovation on our home and went with Voyageur Windows because they are a local company. We had very poor customer service from and a horrible installation experience. As you can see in the photos, the incorrect measuring of the installer has resulted in us having to build out an extra 1.5 inches, thank goodness our framers were there when the installer noticed his mistake. This means our door is not flush, and we had to pay to have a framer to fix the problem that the installer created. You can also see our unsealed, unfinished door, which is creating moisture in our home. Weve had the installer back to see the problem and he let us know that we should have hired a finisher, thats not his job. I called to let them know that I wanted to speak to someone and wanted to rectify the situation in person/on the phone rather than leaving bad reviews. No one answered my calls and the doors and windows were paid for, I have no other option than the internet. All that being said, I would look elsewhere for doors and windows. We did not get what we expected. Would not recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional service, great quality and a great installation crew. Their care installing new windows in a classic 1912 home was second to none!

I have been meaning to write this review for the past year. My experience has been excellent starting with my sales person, Jim, who provided excellent advice and customer service to my installation with Dan. Jim suggested I would be happier if I replaced my patio doors with garden doors and he was right. I love my garden doors. I replaced my patio door, front door, inside garage door, and one window. Installation was done last March and I have not had one issue with my new doors even in this super cold weather. This company in my mind clearly provides a superior product and knowledgeable and experienced installers. I would not hesitate to use this company again to replace any future windows or doors. I would highly recommend them.

Ten years ago Voyageur Windows replaced our living room and bedroom windows in our 1950's built St James home. Great service and meticulous installation. No problems at all with the windows. Last week, Voyageur Windows replaced our kitchen and bathroom windows. Same great service; same meticulous installation and clean-up from Dan and Clay. We highly recommend Voyageur. ps Dan is the same guy who installed our windows ten years ago.........speaks well for a company that they retain their contractors.
