        All their beer kits are always just mashed together expired ingredients. They don't bother to properly package their hops so they go rotten quickly won't be shopping their anymore. I goto graintoglass for all beer stuff now

        I purchased a kit and when I opened the clearing products they had expired. I have been a customer there since 1995. Even for a long time customer they would not give me one $4.99 packet of cleaning agent. I proved the package was expired by a year. I will never purchase there again without them opening each kit, checking the expiry date on each product. They know zero about customer service. I think I will cross the street to Wine Sense!!
