I rarely write reviews but this is such a bad experience that I have to warn others. I have shopped from Suzy Sheir for a long time and for the most part I have loved their service. However I am sooo disappointed with their level of bad customer service this time. I got a winter jacket from them and the zip of the winter jacket stopped working within two months. As someone who saved up to be able to finally get a winter jacket, this is extra disappointing. Winter is not over yet, so I have to find money to buy another winter jacket to survive the cold. When I called the store to tell them my issue, the customer rep was soo rude and kept cutting me short and talking over me. She even raised her voice at me. I understand they can't do anything now because of the store policy but at least don't be rude. The least the customer rep could do was be nice. Anyways, I am sincerely disappointed and feel like I just threw money into the drain.

Truly one of the best customer service I've received in years. I wanted to get few clothes for my mum and sister and as we all know every man struggles in this category, but luck for me, a girl don't her name, she helped me a lot and got the gifts for my family and they loved it, so thank you.
