I will rate this store 3 stars because we had bad experience but we had A good one as well! My friends went here yesterday afternoon, and said that no one talked to them as three ladies by the cashier were busy talking to each other. They could hear the 3 girls laughing and talking, while the other girl working was doing work. We went back with my other friends to buy some clothes in the evening, Luckily, the girl by the fitting room was nice, answered our questions and helped us decide and get sizes. On Top of that, she was folding and fixing the clothes that previous customers did not take, while the others working were on their phones or talking still. They were nice when we were paying though I hope this store also had a system like at the other stores that asks who helped them, I hope the girl working and helping everyone gets the credit ! By the looks of the reviews, customer service is one of the things that this store should look into. This is also not the first time I heard that the employees are just talking with each other BEFORE helping customers, or not helping other co-employees.

Ridiculous prices for the lower quality clothing. The staff are awful no customer service what so ever!!! Never coming back here again!! Fire the whole crew!

I came in on Friday the twenty first they have the cutest new items out all of the workers were so nice to me and my friend, one of the workers at the front gave me and my friend a whole ran down of the new store and it was the best experience ever, one of the girls who was wearing teal top and black legging she helped me find the right size for the legging that I wanted and she also gave my a recommendation which I really love. The person at the fighting room was so funny and nice also the girl in cash. Best experience ever!

Just bought so much things from here. They have a great staff and I love the positive notes that they put on the mirrors at the fitting room. I will come back again with my daughter!
