Yoga with Shannon is a great experience. Her Flow and Barre classes are my favourite but she offers all types of yoga classes and will cater them to all skill levels.

I joined on my mother's advice while recovering from knee surgery. The barre class was the perfect answer to rehabilitating my leg and getting back on my feet again. Shannon is a wonderful instructor!

I had been searching for a yoga class that would allow me to grow both spiritually and physically Shannon provides this for me in a warm comfortable environment She is extremely knowledgeable and is always open to suggestions I am very thankful and appreciative that I was able to find a yoga class that is being taught by a wonderful instructor

Shannon is a very inclusive yoga instructor who is quick with adapting to personal needs. Ive practiced for a few years but have some limitations so her attitude of doing what my body would allow was great. Loved the barre and yoga. Ive moved away or Id definitely continue taking classes with her. Miss you, Shannon!
