        Brought in a $700 dollar Swiss to get the battery changed ! She opened the back and dug out the battery with a paper clip then a dam tack ! Then placed the battery in. The watch no longer worked ! No doubt it didnt work ! Called A REAL jewelry repair person in Edmonton ! he said no wonder it no longer works ! Digging in the watch with a paper clip and tac more then likely damaged it . And considering the poor attitude by BOTH employees! Getting them to take responsibility would be just a waste of time ! NEVER again ! Point ! The watch always worked ! And I had a person with me who seen the entire thing !
