Bought a 30 inch platinum sho 3 year ago barely used it ,yesterday wanted to clean a little bit of snow not much took it out from my garage no gear no foward no backward remove the pan under found the hex shaft broke in two,it didn't impress me at all ,ariens for me no more to cheap i am going with a better brand next winter am gonna buy a honda at leat the dont broke the are tuff,we have one at the job,for me they are the best.yes i bought from you guys.
