I am very surprised at all the positive reviews here on this Resort. I chose this resort because of all the positive feed back I have read. I am so disappointed with the customer service I have received. I want to book a family reunion at this resort. Since I am from out of province I had some questions regarding space rental requirements etc.. I sent at least 5 emails and 4 voice mails to an Emily, with only 1 response. I asked a family member to go down and try to contact her and that was the only response I received. Sad this is how you do business with someone who would probably have booked your whole resort for 5 days. The only email I received was basically 1 line saying the cottage was available if you could not help as you were unavailable then that is all you would have had to tell me. Just say I am away till?? Sad that a customer would have to make such an effort to contact your business.
