This is the first and only resort I have ever seen that WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR DEPOSIT under any circumstances. MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THEIR CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. Sometimes things arrive that may change your plans and you have no recourse. I booked for July 1 - 9 and realized the same day as I booked we could not go. I lost my deposit even though I cancelled the same day as the booking.
