        I wanted to love this place but I have had a maintenance request open since October 2022 for a broken window. It is April 2023. I have called multiple times to follow up and people have come to look at it but no one has even tried to fixed it. And yet, the rent is going up

        I really am disappointed to receive their service. Not only they're very negligent to the consumer query, but also they failed to serve me well with what I require. Plus, they're super late in responses. I know they've got a reputation but they should really improve the quality of service

        Flanders Court Apartments: Absolutely awful. Way too hot in the rooms and hallways. Large hole in hallway ceiling unfixed for about 6 months or so. Constantly smells of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking building. No building supervisor. Almost NO parking. Hallways are constantly messy and have trash laying around. (Bottles, cans, dirt). Its pretty pathetic considering the rent is increasing. EDIT: As of January 2023, we have been informed the rent is increasing by another $35. None of the things above have been fixed.
