Hit a deer May 24 weekend! The vehicle was taken to Champlain end of May! Told no problem they will order parts! Mid July I called and told well we did not order the parts I was basically forgot about lol... then told sorry we can't find some of your parts! I flipped and told them I can find parts in 5 minutes and I did! Sent an email with parts I found! Told well we do not put parts on coming from the U.S.A... talked to a lovely lady from Champlain and she assured me they do! Parts ordered 2 out of 3 parts found in Canada and the other the U.S... Sept the part finally installed! Pick up vehicle 1 part not installed and had to wait again until October! The fella at the shop also said well maybe I can call the insurance company and the can compensate for the parts not found and take back your vehicle!... Parts found in 5 min!!! Not happy and zero apologies! Only person sincere was the Lady on the phone A++ customer service the rest They can't deny I have the emails! Service: Body & Trim
