A serious drop and quality and process. Ordered a bacon avocado toast only to find that they didn't add bacon or cheese to it. It's fair to say that we're not paying attention today as bacon is the first ingredient. Second, ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested no avocado and surely enough it's full of avocado. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager about this and only got to their voicemail. If this was the only time that they had errors, I wouldn't be leaving a review but this is happened a few times now and I'm really starting to lose trust in the brand. Edit: Took the time to email the manager as requested and haven't got a response a week later.

Really disappointed with the decrease in quality of this restaurant. For some reason I keep ordering from them only to be disappointed again. They're sending off orders that are missing ingredients and not paying any attention to their customers. Deeply disappointed in how things are being managed at this restaurant.
