I enquired last week about a pre-owned vehicle last week. 9am the next day,Jayson called me,and told me to come over and take a look at it. I left work early,went over and took it for a drive. Although this was not a new vehicle ,or even a BMW,Jayson was 100% on board to give great customer service,and did not leave out any details. Not once did he pressure me,or play the numbers games that too many sales people play. I called my wife who wasn't even there,and we bought it right then and there. We went in Saturday,and Jayson went over every inch of the vehicle,and couldn't do enough for us. I bought my first brand new car at 19,and now 37 years later,I can say I have had the best experience ever of buying a car. Anyone thinking of going to BMW,look up Jayson,he is what I call a true professional sales person,who also is a professional customer service person. Allen
