        Received a sweater for Christmas. Attempted to return it for store credit today as the person who bought it for me was told it could be returned until January. Bottom of the receipt says holiday purchases can be exchanged until January 9. Salesperson refused because its been more than 14 days.

        This rating is because of Ktisel....She assisted me so well..she helped me in selecting some formal clothes ...She suggested really good pieces...and my husband was very happy and thankful as he spent all the time just sitting there and didn't have to move much as Ktisel was helping me. Will definitely visit again....
