        Yelled at us in the morning and a big lack of respect. Doesn't even say hello and he doesn't always say the price after ordering and just says it when you have to pay. He said it after rounding up even though its a card and charging us more than the real price. Without asking for advice and even after saying not to round up. Then they shout at you and ask you to explain why you don't want to pay the rounded price. I've never seen bad service like this before and it wasn't the first time it happened to us at this time.

        The manager is always disrespectful and has a very negative attitude towards customers. Have never had a positive experience at this location. The wait time is always way long then other locations in the general Moncton area. Better off driving 5 minutes down the road and go to the Paul street location.

        Looks like a seedy Tim Horton, hardly any choice, at 5:35 the window was almost empty, the toilets unkempt, service in English only, they served us the wrong order and we were only 2 customers. Very disappointed!
