Emotional Fitness Academy

Emotional Fitness has given me many great tools for myself on a personal level as well as in business as an Entrepreneur. If I would pick two things that I value most, the first is that it helped me become more emotionally fit to gain greater control over my own reactions when dealing with my frustrations, and the second is the ability that it gave me to facilitate group meetings and dialogue with more joy and ease. I often seen meetings within my organization end up in conflict and sometimes even in chaos. Emotional Fitness tools have helped significantly in creating more peaceful and harmonious environment and culture. These are amazing tools and processes that all entrepreneurs need to learn if they want to have better tools to navigate through conflict and difficult conversations.

I really appreciate the experiential nature of Emotional Fitness Academy, I can finally have the time to find the answers to my own questions. I've been able to not only discover answers but also find the questions that were hidden from me. I feel like I've finally been able to accept where I am in life and have a more distinct outlook of where I ought to go. I believe the art of listening, to myself and others is the future of true healing and what's amazing about the academy is the simple framework and structure that enables me to learn and apply 'Listening Power' to my life. I hear myself and others more clearly than ever. I wish I heard about this 10 years ago.
