Jalen was so knowledgeable about what he had is stock and embroidery was awesome with a glow in the dark option for my son.He did two hats in 15 minutes with a few others ahead of me in the store. Much better than other Lids. It's not my hometown but I will be back!

They mangled two hats before acknowledging that the embroidery was not working well. (And then embroidered 3 of the items 6 "okay") I purchased 2 caps, and 4 winter hats from Lids. I wasn't sure how long it would take so I left the store and came back. They showed me 2 hats that had been botched with letters super fuzzy and not defined. They offered to do an outline for the wording I was getting embroidered, which didn't work. One of the employees said that borders never work, but just with one font. (Should have been brought up before making them). They asked if it was okay. I said no, because my order was over $275 and I'd like to have it well done. They removed the outline from the design and did another hat (in a different color because they ran out of the ones they messed up). That one was passable. Fast forward to today, when I go to pick up my hats. Some of the letters have missed stitches and crooked lines. The caps are passable, but the winter hats are quite bad. They were intended as gifts, but I'd be ashamed to give such a poor looking product to a friend or relative. I returned to the store to voice my concern with the winter hats. They claimed the type of thread could be bad for that type of hat (then why sell it that way?) I got a refund for the 3 winter hats that were poorly embroidered. 5 wasted hats. Waste.
