        The handleset to our detached garage was not working and with no other access, we had no way to get in. I figured we'd need to break a window, but when I talked to Jessy, he assured me that it wasn't a big problem, and that the worst case scenario would be that they would just drill out the existing latch mechanism. He asked me to send him pictures, and he then explained to me why the latch had failed. Then he gave me advice on how to get in by myself. Then he booked an appointment in case I couldn't get in. Using his advice, I managed to get in. He was patient and friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. From now on, I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs a locksmith.
