Andre was very friendly and helpful throughout the car-buying process. I caught him on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was no more than 5 min sneaking out from his open office door where he interrupted another sale to greet Mom & I; it happened to be an unusual day with just him on site vs the usual 3 salesman I was told. There was no need to apologize; the lounge had neat coffee selections and comfy leather chairs, but my focus was on 1 car only: an older model RAV4. Soon I was shown the 2010 RAV4 AWD Limited and the rest is history. Well, sort of. There was an unexpected amount of work on Andre's part to go above & beyond in the financing & ultimately the delivery of the vehicle to my home - a nice touch for sure! Hats off to Andre! You will continue to put customers at ease with your smile & words of welcome. Your hard work ethic at completing more paperwork than expected was appreciated! Whether clients come looking for 1 specific car on the lot or are unsure what they want, I am confident Andre will offer the same top-notch customer interactions and make you want to return for your next car! Little-by-little you've surely made a difference to the car-buying experience for customers that does not go unnoticed; thanks for getting me my 2nd vehicle so 2 university-aged kids have some wheels, which they need in Quispamsis. Recommend !!! Hands down our best experience over the years - Melisa knows her stuff and truly has her customers best interests at heart. First text was Monday was driving new wheels Friday - much better rate and vehicle. She truly cares and her customer service is next level. Wouldnt use anyone else now for such an important purchase! So grateful - thanks Melisa!!!
