Eye Care Centre NB

After A workplace accident Dr. Hakim stitched my eye back together and has been nothing but amazing since. He has advocated to other specialist for corneal transplant for me which I need to regain site in my lett eye. He has fit me in between patients. He has even gone back in and met me at the hospital to help release pressure a day after my emergency surgery late in the evening. I have read a couple poor comments on the staff and I will say in my personal experience, and I was there weekly and now bi weekly since Jan, they have been amazing as well in all aspects and I can't say that enough. I enjoy seeing the staff having fun working with one another and laughing and still go out of their way often to help you. There can be longer wait times as these doctors also have to perform surgeries both emergency and non emergency in the hospitals as well as clinic treatments but Dr. Hakim has been EXTREMELY thorough each and every visit and although it is a fast pace clinic he has and will take the time to answer any questions and explain in detail what is happening and what is to come and most likely you will have a good laugh talking with him as well. I feel VERY fortunate that It was Dr. Hakim on call the day of my accident with the fire department.

I have been here quite a few times and each time it's taken about two hours in total. Hopefully this time will be quicker. The Drs. are good but always seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient. I also try to call the clinic on many occasions and all I get is a voice message, I have never spoken to a person or had anyone return a call when I leave a message. How am I to arrange things or inform the doctor of any changes to my eyes, which are important to me.

i went to eye care centre a few times we are very lucky to have professional doctors and technican never had a negative experience

Ouffff, the staff.......some people should check their comments on government Facebook page while working with public.....pathetic!

The staff in the building is absolutely awful! Everytime I go here the staff is RUDE. Except the front desk.
