Horrible costumer service/ racist. In the United States when you don't like a product, or it's not what you expected you can return it and the store will refound your money, even if you opened. I understand this is not the United States. However, I didn't appreciate at all the tone of voice and the way the farmacist used with me when I tried to return a product, I was honest and I said i did use once and it didn't work. The pharmacist said to me "you can't return it, would you buy something that has been used it?!" - I said, no. Then she said, well we can't sell it. Of course I know they can't sell it back, but I thought they can returned to the company who sell to them because the product was bad. Anyways, I felt that she was racist because I'm people of color, I doubt she will treat a white people the way she treat me. I'm not going back to the pharmacy ever again; I didn't feel welcome.
