Mike was a true professional from the word go. He and his wife Heather kept us in the loop on every step of the process. All this while they were going through a serious traumatic sledding head injury with their young son David (IWK). Mike brought forward the first offer, 15k above asking, after 2 days on the market. We accepted but unfortunately that deal fell through. Undaunted, Mike brought another buyer to the table for slightly more than asking, just a week later. That offer was accepted and final walk-through by the buyer was today with closing tomorrow. We could not have asked for a better agent than Mike!
