MedSleep Dieppe

The device they use does not have an on or off switch. Instructions state it will "turn on" once its strapped to your chest. They send me home with a device, I follow the simple instructions.. and instructions state once strapped on a light will appear. Well, no light appeared, and without an on-off switch I was left wondering if this thing magically turned on like I was told.. I return it in the morning after having a rough sleep, and to my surprise (not) I was told the device had dead batteries. Are you kidding me? How do you not check these devices to ensure they are working properly before sending them out? Seriously? Not even an apology or any empathy for wasting my time. "Oh, sometimes the batteries die". Not impressed! Have advised my Dr. to refer me to a more reliable sleep clinic.

Having recently completed my sleep study, I found the staff to be knowledgable and genuinely concerned with my comfort and well-being. Rebecca was patient and answered my many questions. Overall my experience was very positive and hassle free.

I accompanied my spouse to all his sleep study appointments. Rebecca, was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered our questions professionally regardless of how mundane or simple the answers may have seemed to her. With the exception of an insurance paperwork error, which was corrected when identified, the staff worked diligently to ensure our experience was positive and effective.
